Enrollment

In-Person or Virtual tours are welcomed. Please email our Enrollment Committee at info@barnschoolconcord.com or call 978-369-1141 to schedule your visit.

Families that would like to be added to the enrollment list are asked to complete an application form and submit it along with a non-refundable $50 fee. Applications are accepted beginning October 1 for entrance the following year (applications received prior to this date will be marked Oct 1). Children with siblings currently enrolled are given first priority, followed by interim families, then alumni. The remaining spaces are filled with new families by order of the date in which applications are received. Interim and alumni families have until December 1 to submit a completed application to be eligible for priority status. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or wait list status by the end of January.

Program Tuition Rates for the 2025-2026 school year:

• 2/3s 2-Day: $5,294
• 2/3s 3-Day: $7,940

• Preschool 3-Day: $6,342
• Preschool 4-Day: $8,456

• Lunch (per day): $690
• Extended day (per day): $2,064

Enrollment at The Barn is open to any family wishing to join our cooperative, parent-run nursery school without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability.

Toilet Training status is not an eligibility factor in enrollment.

Protecting the health and safety of our children, teachers, and school community - including medically vulnerable members within our community - is a core value at The Barn. Because of this, we require all students and staff to be fully immunized per current Massachusetts Department of Public Health minimum requirements.
